Making a big impression with understatement: The velvet black dial is the perfect stage for the delicate hands to dance in perfect harmony, framed by the 18 kt gold case around them. Backstage the superb hand-wound caliber DUW 1001 keeps everything running perfectly (and very precisely) on time.
The delicate interplay of the hands, filigree and gold-plated, are reminiscent of a kinetic sculpture-and the finely drawn dial of an etching.
“Lovingly produced in Glashutte” is individually hand-engraved onto the balance cock. A greeting that also proves that the best is often hidden from sight.
Produced in the NOMOS Atelier, according to all the rules of Glashutte fine watchmaking: the hand-wound caliber DUW 1001. Equipped among other things with twin mainspring barrels and a power reserve indicator. Once wound, this watch ticks half a week, so 84 hours. A caliber “lovingly produced in Glashutte”-as engraved on the balance cock.
