The harmonious lenticular shape of the stainless steel case with a diameter of 40.5 millimeters is perfectly complemented by the domed sapphire crystal and the similarly domed dial.
The dial with its embossed, rhodium-plated appliques is galvanised in black, while the hands are gold. The “neomatik” lettering, also in gold, refers to the innovative automatic and date caliber inside: DUW 6101 with the NOMOS swing system.
In all NOMOS calibers, the date ring is placed around the movement. In neomatik date, this caliber is particularly large. The first neomatik caliber with a date mechanism, it remains wonderfully slender. The date display can be made even clearer, and is particularly legible.
