Diving in blue waters. On the Reverso Tribute Enamel watch reproducing the Doge’s Palace, one of Claude Monet’s most well-known paintings, shades of blue in Grand Feu enamel evoke Venice at dawn. The front of the watch features a guilloche dial in an intricate lozenge pattern. To achieve this translucent luminosity, 4,905 guilloche lines were then enamelled in blue Grand Feu. The enamellers at our Atelier des Metiers Rares took nearly 70 hours to complete the miniature reproduction of the impressionist master’s original work on the reverse. The blues and golds of the sky and sea seem to reflect each other in perfect colour harmony.
