A standard warranty period covering manufacturing defects and material flaws, varying by product category.
Repair or replacement
During the warranty period, we repair or replace any product exhibiting a covered defect at no additional cost.

Proper care and maintenance prolong the life and preserve the beauty of your duphouse pieces. Follow the guidelines below:
Watches
- Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, humidity and magnetic fields.
- Clean regularly with a soft cloth and gentle soap to maintain its pristine appearance.
Clothing
- Hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended for delicate materials.
- Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.
- Store clothing in a cool, dry place, preferably in a breathable garment bag.
Bags
- Do not scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the leather trim.
- Keep away from damp or humid environments and direct sunlight, and away from any direct source of heat.
- Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume and hydroalcoholic solutions, and any material that may transfer colored pigments.
- Keep your product away from water. If it gets wet or dirty, dry with a lint-free, light-colored, absorbent cloth — never use soap or solvent.
- When not in use, store it in the protective pouch provided.
Jewelry
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures.
- Clean regularly with a soft cloth and gentle soap to preserve its shine.
- Store pieces separately to prevent scratches and tarnishing.
- Remove jewelry when washing hands, when using corrosive products, and when practising sports.
How every watch is checked.
All watches are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure there are no imperfections — including the bracelet, clasp, links, seating of the crystal, bezel alignment and watch functions. We adjust and set the time, cycle through the dates, and make sure the date changes when the watch reaches the 12:00 position.
Every watch is then tested on a watch timing tester machine to ensure it falls within an acceptable range of ±8 seconds per day, and that the movement is beating properly.
After passing visual, functional and movement tests, each watch is photographed to record its physical condition before delivery. Quality control HD videos are sent to you at the same time as the automatic shipping email, allowing you to inspect and confirm your order before delivery.
24 months
We provide 24 months warranty for all watch movements.
Opening the watch
Warranty does not apply if the customer opens the watch or attempts any repairs.
External damage
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading or chipping of materials, water damage, lost or stolen parts, or damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
Water resistance, explained.
Water resistance ratings indicate a watch’s ability to withstand water pressure. They are standardized and measured in ATM (atmospheres) — a unit of pressure. The higher the ATM rating, the deeper the watch can be submerged without water entering the case. Ratings are guidelines, not guarantees.
Know the difference
A waterproof watch is designed to withstand water pressure at a certain depth, while a water-resistant watch offers protection against splashes or light rain but may not suit swimming or water immersion.
Choose the right use
A 30m rating suits splashing or light rain but not swimming; a 100m rating can handle swimming and snorkeling.
Design & sealing
Case design and construction, gasket materials and quality, crown sealing and mechanism, crystal material and sealing, and the maker’s expertise and quality control all contribute to water resistance over time.
