Manual winding and a stainless steel back reveal its traditional spirit, and the dial with Roman numerals and railroad minute markers keeps it classical as well. The tempered blue hands and stainless steel case bring a contrasting touch of modernity.
Ludwig features Roman numerals, but with IIII instead of IV. This follows watchmaking traditions-and the preferences of the NOMOS design team.
